CLASSROOM BUILDING REFURBISHMENT, FORSTER
This project included refurbishment of a classroom building of four existing classrooms as well as adjoining outdoor learning facilities and play areas of a K to 6 School of around 300 students in coastal town of Forster.
Existing classrooms were modernised to accommodate future focused learning.
Sliding doors provide seamless inside and outside connections to new outdoor learning areas and compact joinery maximises the use of spaces while providing storage and large focus points for learning.
The bright, fresh and happy colours selected in meaningful consultation with the Client have revitalised the appearance of the school inside and out effectively assisting the school to build strong identity and stronger sense of community.
