The newly completed industrial facility consists of four strata titled units with a combined leasable area of over 4,000sqm.
The complex is housed under a singular portal frame structure. The two storey offices comprise a cantilevered level one office extended above a designated carpark area.
Our brief was to consider design solutions for the facility that would offer a sense of identity and individuality to the separate units which sat within the monolithic linear formation of the complex. The final solution entailed a combination of articulated angular flair to the blade walls of the offices, combined with a colourful and playful cladding of Danpalon, affectionately referred to as the "ribbon".
The profile of the Danpalon cladding with its folded formation offers elements of individual identity, sun shading and depth to the conventional linear facade.
